Terms of Use
By using this Guardian Business Management System (“BizPortal”), the Supplier (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. Please read these conditions carefully before using this Portal. These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.

Account Registration and Login Information1.1 Only suppliers authorized by Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd are permitted to access and use this BizPortal. Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd notifies a supplier of its authorization via email; this email notification also includes a link for registering individual users. There is no legal claim to authorization. Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revoke an authorization or to block associated user accounts.1.2 The right conferred by such authorization is the supplier's sole right to register individual employees of the supplier's company as users of the BizPortal. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the users provide complete and accurate information within the scope of the registration process.1.3 Within the scope of the registration process, each user is required to set up a password for his or her login name (login name and password hereinafter collectively "Login Information").1.4 The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the users' Login Information is not disclosed to any third parties and to ensure that third parties are not given any opportunity to view and access the BizPortal, including any form of screenshots, exports or printouts.1.5 The supplier is responsible for the Login Information and shall take reasonable steps to protect all Login Information of its users against any unauthorized access by third parties. The supplier shall be responsible for all activities performed on the BizPortal under the users' Login Information, unless the supplier can prove that the information has become known to third parties without any fault on the supplier's part. If the supplier has information that third parties are abusing the Login Information, the supplier shall notify Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd immediately without delay.1.6 After receiving a notice pursuant to Sec. 1.5 above, Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd shall block the user access to the BizPortal and the block will not be removed until the supplier makes a separate request to Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd.

Termination2.1 Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd reserves the right to remove suppliers which have been previously registered with the BizPortal at any time and without providing reasons, and additionally reserves the right to block the Supplier’s access to the BizPortal.2.2 If the supplier account is deactivated in the BizPortal, Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd shall delete all supplier/user data including all other stored personal data of the supplier as soon as such data is no longer required for purposes of accessing the BizPortal.2.3 Suppliers may, at any time and without providing reasons, request the deletion of their registration and inclusion to the BizPortal. Deletion of all data transmitted to Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd shall take place to the extent that this does not preclude ongoing contractual relationships. In such event, Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd shall delete all supplier/user data together with all other stored personal data of the Supplier as soon as such data is no longer required for purposes of accessing the BizPortal.

Intellectual Property RightsAll trademarks, trade names, images, logos, and icons are property and proprietary of Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd. Nothing contained on the BizPortal should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this portal without the written permission of Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd. Your use of the trademarks displayed on the BizPortal, or any other content on the BizPortal, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd. Any unauthorized use of images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Limitation of LiabilityWhile Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the BizPortal, errors or omissions sometimes occur. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the content of this BizPortal and under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd or any party involved in creating, producing, or delivering this BizPortal be liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the BizPortal, even if Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd or a Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property as a result of your access to and/or use of this BizPortal or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the BizPortal.

Security of InformationNo data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secured. Whilst Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd strive to protect such information, it does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information that is transmitted by you to Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd. All information transmitted by you is transmitted at your own risk.

Governing LawThese Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of Malaysia..
